Planning Drawing Estimate

A ‘Planning Drawing Estimate’ is where the client provides a set of Architectural drawings that have been produced for a planning application. From these drawings we provide a good estimate of how much the construction of the project will cost.

Construction Drawing Estimate

A ‘Construction Drawing Estimate’ is where the client provides a set of architectural drawings that have been produced for construction. These drawings should be building regulation compliant and a full specification should be available to accompany the drawings. Site Valuations

Valuations of variations

This is where a client has contracted a Builder or Sub-Contractor to undertake building works and the builder has carried out variations. The client and the builder do not agree on a value for those variations so we come to site and measure the works that have been completed and value the variation works as an impartial third party.
